You can find a company by its name or address or by codes (INN/OGRN/OKPO). Enter the data you know in the search form at the top of the page and press the “Search” button.

If the desired company is not found, fill in and send a form with the indication of the company region on page http://k-agent.ru/en/?mod=nrq.

Company cards (under the “Address” field) contain a telephone number indicated as a contact number upon the registration of a legal entity. If there is no telephone number – we don’t know it.
A balance sheet of a company is provided to clients as xls file and contains 5 sheets (in accordance with the number of forms of financial statements). You can navigate through worksheets in MS Excel by choosing the desired worksheet icon at the button of the program window.
Send the document to our e-mail address: info@k-agent.ru. Within 30 minutes in reply we will send you the document in a convenient format. Currently there is no possibility to sort out companies. But we are constantly working to improve our service.
Send a letter to our e-mail address ( info@k-agent.ru) with the indication of:
- method of payment;
- identifier of payment (in case of payment via mobile phone in will be the number from which the payment had been made);
- title of the document you planned to get;
- INN of the company the document is related to.
Having verified the payment in a reply letter we will send you the document by e-mail. It will take less than 30 minutes. If you paid for one document by a credit card or electronic money: please go back from the payment page to the database and wait till the page of link to buy the document appears.

1. Inform us payment by e-mail info@k-agent.ru:
- if paying through a bank you should attach a scanned copy of a payment document;
- if paying with electronic you should indicate your identifier.
2. In your letter you should also indicate the date when you’d like to start working with the database.
In reply we will send you login and password to work with the database. If you need to use the information from the “Kontragent” database periodically but you don’t want to buy a subscription, you can pay for several documents at once. In such a case we will send you information to access the database for a certain number of documents.
If you pay for more than 10 documents at once you’ll get a 15?iscount.
The database works automatically 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our support operator works every day from 8.00 until 23.00 Moscow time.
The “Kontragent” database is a resource providing 24-hour online access to the reports of Russian companies from all over the world via the Internet. Thus you can get access upon payment. We accept payment by bank cards and via electronic money.
The password of those who paid for subscription for 24 hours becomes invalid after 24 hours from the moment when the first document is downloaded. The time won’t start running out until you download a document.
Robots can’t be used while working with our database. In case we reveal attempts of such work — access to our database will be denied, the money paid won’t be returned.
